Very good

Have been staying at Brigham from last 1.5 years. Absolutely love here.. nice location at downtown, everything close by walking. Security is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful so do other residents. Houses are remodelled and view from gallery is amazing.

Is it really uniformly five-stars?

I've lived here 4-1/2 years. One block from Temple Square, I can walk to work downtown. The facilities are always immaculate. Residents are quiet and thoughtful of one another. Brigham quickly solves problems when they arise, and they keep us constantly posted on progress (e.g., fixing broken water mains). My apartment was recently upgraded. I periodically check prices in this area, and Brigham continues to offer me the best value. I could not be more pleased. And I am most certainly not a bot!

A great place with a great staff!!

My son recently had a most enjoyable stay in Brigham apartments for two years. The staff members were awesome- extremely caring, kind and responsive. The place was very clean and the maintenance was truly top-notch.. I enthusiastically recommend Brigham Apartments to anyone looking for a place with a convenient location and a wonderful staff.

Love it.

Love this place. Awesome location, well-maintained, quiet, wonderful balcony views, spacious newly remodeled apartments, great amenities, secure parking....what’s not to like?

Outstanding living - what a place!

Quite impressed with the overall appearance and construction of the building. The sub contractor on the exterior masonry did a pretty good job of brick laying, although found evidence where some of the masons laid whole sections of shiners on the 1st Avenue building. (look it up) The interior cleaning and maintaining of wallpaper, carpet and wood and other surfaces excellent. Noise is zero. Amenities awesome and well maintained.

These apartments were the best we have ever lived in. Non-smoking is enforced here, the balconies are big and spacious. We had an excellent view of the salt lake valley. Maintance was very quick solving the problems the first time everytime. Neighbors were extremely friendly and very helpful.

These apartments are in a GREAT location - just a very short walk to downtown in a comfortable and safe neighborhood. Convenience stores and grocery stores are just a short walk away as well. The service from the apartment managers is AMAZING

I have lived here for a year and a half and absolutely enjoyed my experience. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance guys are timely, efficient, and very nice. The building is kept clean and secure. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub are all well-maintained. The other tenants are incredibly friendly. AND THE LOCATION. I still cannot get over how perfect the location is.

I love the Brigham apartments. They are located in an ideal place. The layout of their apartments are very nice. I love the fact that you can use the entertainment rooms when you have large groups to visit. These apartments seem like a great place to live!
