Brigham Apartments is now a pet friendly property
  • We offer your pet:
  • Onsite dog washing station to help care for your furry friend
  • Pet clean up stations conveniently positioned around the exterior of the community
 
  • Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
  • Deposit, Pet Fee and Monthly Pet Rent required
    • Pet fees and deposits are on a per pet basis.
  • Resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records, including weight and picture of pet(s) prior to approval.
  • Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced.
  • Breed Restrictions American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pitbull/Bull Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Cane Corsos, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, German Shepard, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid and any mixes thereof.
  • Weight Restrictions 75 pounds or less
